At Venova, we want you to feel comfortable in every step. If our extra-wide socks do not fit your calves perfectly, or if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return: To start a return, please contact us at support@venovasocks.com.

Conditions for Returns: For health and hygiene reasons, socks must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
